The first day of Google Offers (their Groupon) in New York. Apparently they’re dividing the city (er, Manhattan) in thirds. For the inaugural promotion, downtown and midtown get the same numbers, just for fries (admittedly Belgian ones) and wine and chocolate respectively. Uptown’s deal is worth twice as much and is for miniature cupcakes.
